Original features such as the triple dormers were preserved and new spaces were added to accommodate modern necessities, such as a first floor master suite, a laundry room, a larger kitchen and dining space, a mudroom, and a bathroom. The house features a bridge that connects the main house to a carriage house which also includes a large, generous guest suite. A round, open air pavilion constructed of Old Growth Cyprus is located on the south lawn and features an arbor that supports wisteria vine. Traditional brown stain cedar trim is utilized on exterior trim. Traditional wrought iron fencing was done by Crosby Iron Works and the interior features traditional stickwork ceilings, and wrought iron spiral stairs by Crosby. There is substantial mill work and oak paneling and ample French doors while the master bath has rich diamonds and a corner shower soaking tub. The pool house functions as a spot for family gatherings, as well as a guest area, with a kitchenette, a laundry room, and a sleeping loft. Mahogany custom entry doors were fabricated by Creekside mill work while old world chimneys and masonry was crafted by Bernie Hoffman. The general contractor was Charles D. Snyder, the landscaping was by pace and the landscape design was done by Ross Harbison. Doors and window work was done by Marvin.
